| Shipping Policies
Normally we will ship UPS Ground. Orders are usually processed within one business day and picked up by UPS the same day or the following business day. Ground shipping usually takes 4-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Tracking numbers are usually available within 24 hours after your order has been processed. We do ship express, but you will need to contact us to arrange that.
Returned or refused items for any reason are subject to full shipping charges and 25% restocking fee.
All orders paid by credit card will be shipped to cardholder's name only and to the cardholders billing address unless the alternate shipping address is included with the credit card company.
All packages require an adult signature at the time of arrival, no parcel will be delivered without an adult's signature.
No COD deliveries except companies with approved credit terms, COD cash, COD company check.
Return Policies
SoundwaveDirect.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit through PayPal.
All sales are final. We will exchange a defective or damaged item. No refunds. All items must be inspected immediately upon there reception. If an item arrives damaged or defective we must be notified within 7 days upon arrival. If item arrived damaged, customer should contact us and save all packaging as it came.
The shipper will be contacted and might want to pickup item for inspection. A replacement will be shipped when item is returned. If an item arrives defective we need to be contacted right away. Customer is to ship item back to us and a replacement will be sent at no charge. We can send out advanced replacement item but will have to charge customer for the item and refund will be issued when defective item is returned and inspected. If we find item to be fully functional and is user error we will then charge a 25% restock fee and shipping of the replacement.
Our merchandise is new unless specified and is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. SoundwaveDirect.com is not responsible for any defect or warranty work. To exchange a damaged or defective item simply email us at sales@soundwavedirect.com
and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please indicate your invoice number and the item to be returned to the customer service agent. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges including insurance. Any item(s) sent back without an RA number will be returned to sender. Any returned merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. No refunds on any shipping charges.
Sometimes shipping charges are higher then what you might see and pay, the original shipping cost we pay will be subtracted first then the 25% fee will apply. Items being sent back for replacement must be in "brand new" condition (in original packaging, with all manuals and unfilled warranty cards). Merchandise that is received damaged, marked, or with missing packaging, will not be accepted. Most orders take 3 to 7 business days in transit depending on location. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email or telephone. You will have an opportunity to cancel the order or make changes. Special order items may take up to 14 days.
All sales with Foam Machines are final. We give 30 day warranty on parts. The machine will be repaired if it is due to the equipment failure. The unit must be shipped back to us at customers expense for us to inspect and make any repairs needed for proper function.
We will work to resolve all discrepancies right away.
We do not except orders outside the USA.
In the event that we would except a check for payment and it is returned the customer will be charged $150.00 administration fee and all costs involved in collection of bad check or any other bad debt. Whether it be attoryney fees, courts fees or any fees related to collection will be the customers responsiblity to pay. We will prosecute to the fullest that the law will allow.
